The Christmas Post Office, Santa’s House and inspiring UNICEF stories
At the heart of this year’s celebrations is the Christmas Post Office, located inside the Centre’s iconic Christmas tree — a spectacular structure standing over 30 metres tall, adorned with more than 3,500 ornaments and 120,000 sparkling LED lights.
Here, families and children can write and send their letters to Santa Claus, discovering the important work that UNICEF carries out to protect children around the world.
Visitors can also read letters written by children from different countries, stories of hope and resilience that reflect the true spirit of Christmas.
For a magical encounter, Santa Claus will be welcoming visitors every weekend until 24 December, from 3 PM to 7 PM, inside his charming Christmas House.
No booking is required — just stop by and enjoy an unforgettable experience for the whole family.
Every letter becomes a symbol of connection and kindness, a small gesture that helps share the light and warmth of Christmas with the world.
