There are 1,500 parking spaces around the Centre. Disabled parking spaces are available in the car parks Nord 1, Ost and West.

Our charging points units are now available and can be found located on parking lot east. Parking is free. For our sporty guests, there are e-bike changing stations in the east parking lot. 

Renting a bike is quick and easy with the public bike rental system in Ochtrup! Register online at www.donkey.bike or download the donkey.bike-app directly to your smartphone. Directly to and from from the rental bases at Ochtrup train station and the Designer Outlet Center eastern entrance.

We offer special advantages for groups of 15 or more arriving by coach. Each group member will receive a Fashion Passport (offering 10% additional discount off the outlet price on select items, in selected stores). For the tour guide and bus driver, we offer a lunch voucher, and the coach parking is for free.

The Centre is equipped with accessable toilets and dedicated facilities for wheelchair users. You can borrow a wheelchair from Guest Service for free (a deposit is required).

Shopping can be tiring, therefore we offer benches and seating areas throughout the centre where you can relax and recharge. Some spots are even covered and heated.

The centre is wheelchair-friendly and mostly on one level. Ramps and elevators provide access to higher areas, with step-free entrances, wide aisles, and plenty of space throughout.

Wheelchairs are available to hire for free during your visit to the centre. A deposit is required.
