We offer plenty of parking spaces at the centre. Disabled Parking spaces are available at parking lot P1. The parking fee is €5.00 for the entire day and the first hour is free.

Our 20 EV-charging points are located at the parking lot P1 and can be used to recharge your car. There is a fee for this service.

Disabled parking is available on P1, with accessible toilets throughout the centre.

Wheelchairs are available to hire during your visit to the centre. Simply reach out to our Guest Services.

Our centres are designed with accessibility in mind with step-free access, wide aisles and ample space for wheelchairs.

Do you need cash for your purchases? The ATM is located inside our Guest Services.

We store your shopping bags while you continue your perfect shopping day. Just leave them to our trustful Guest Service Team.

Guests visiting from outside the EU can receive a tax refund on their purchases.

Your four-legged friend is welcome at Designer Outlet Neumünster. We kindly ask you to use a leash during your visit. 

Phone battery low? We are happy to help. You can borrow a portable phone charger free of charge (€10 deposit) at our Guest Services.

You can browse the internet via using our centre-own Wi-Fi. 

As we are an outdoor centre in Northern Germany, we offer you umbrellas free of charge to use them during your stay with us. You can find them everywhere throughout the area. Just pick one and bring it back when you finished shopping.
